Our $299 Uncontested Divorce Package is ideal for couples with No Children under 21, no marital property or assets to divide, AND your spouse will sign the paper(s). Our $399 Uncontested Divorce Package covers couples With Children under 21 AND your spouse will sign the paper(s). If you have PROPERTY in your divorce, then you will need a Stipulation Of Settlement, which APS can draft for you for a fee.

Please note that these rates cover our expert document preparation services. The mandatory New York State Supreme Court filing fees (total $335) are NOT included. By handling your case via the NYS E-File system, we save you thousands of dollars compared to traditional law firm retainer fees.

To qualify for the $299 rate, you have to meet all following Three (3) conditions below:


(1) You have No Children under the age of 21 years old.

(2) You have No Property.

(3) Your Spouse Will Sign the document(s) before a notary.

To qualify for the $399 rate, you have a Child (or Children) under the age of 21 years old and your spouse will sign.


If you have "Property", then the price will be more and will be determined based on the volume of information to be included in the Stipulation Of Settlement.

GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE





In order to be able to obtain a divorce in the State Of New York, you need to have a "legal" reason (also called a Ground For Divorce) for the Court to accept.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS





In order to be able to obtain a divorce in the State Of New York, you or your spouse must be a current NEW YORK STATE resident.

CHILD SUPPORT





If you have a CHILD (or Children) in your divorce under the age of 21 years old, per NYS law, Child Support is mandatory to "determine and incorporate" in the divorce papers - that's it.
