NEW YORK UNCONTESTED DIVORCE "LOTTERY"
(For Low Income Individuals)
Anderson Paralegal Services ("APS"), is happy to announce the official beginning of
its very first NEW YORK UNCONTESTED DIVORCE LOTTERY ("Lottery") exclusively
available to Low Income Individuals (with a yearly salary of $19,000 or less)!!
What does this mean is that, if you and your spouse meet the "terms and conditions" (set
forth below), agree with the "official rules" and "privacy policy", and you are selected as
that month's winner, then APS will complete and file your Uncontested Divorce forms
FREE of charge - that is approx. a $300 dollar value you will be saving (you will only
have to pay the court filing fees as indicated below).
In order to qualify for the lottery, you have to meet the terms and conditions set forth
below. The Lottery selection is set to begin in the year of January 2010, and you
can enter your contact information below as early as today!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In order to qualify to receive a FREE uncontested divorce, you must meet ALL the
following criteria below.
1) Your "gross" income, as reported on your most recent Federal tax return has to have
been $19,000 or less OR your current yearly income is $19,000 or less (if you
currently have no income, for example - you are unemployed or receiving public
assistance, you still qualify to enter into the Lottery);
2) You or your spouse currently have to live in the New York City area (one of the 5
boroughs - i.e. Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens or Staten Island);
3) You have no child(ren) under the age of 21 years old;
4) You have no property to settle;
5) Your spouse MUST sign the divorce papers and return them back to you. If your
spouse is not going to sign the papers, then you do not qualify for this lottery;
6) You have to meet the ground for divorce called Abandonment. For The New
York State requirement(s) regarding the abandonment ground, click here;
Note: If your marriage does not qualify you to meet the Abandonment ground,
then you do not qualify for this lottery (i.e. If your marriage involves
Adultery, you do not qualify for the lottery.)
7) You or your spouse have to meet the Residency Requirement in order to get a
divorce in the State of New York. To determine if you or your spouse meet
the residency requirement, click here;
8) You have to pay the court filing fees totaling $335. You need two (2) separate
payments to the court, first payment for $210 and the second payment for $125
(paid at a later time). For further details, click here; and
9) Finally, you have to be selected as that month's winner by APS.

OFFICIAL RULES:
On the last Friday in each Month (i.e. starting Friday January 29, 2010), APS will
randomly select one (1) name out of the list of individuals who entered in the lottery. The
winner will be contacted within 24-48 hours and their divorce proceeding will be
commence asap!
The Lottery is open to men and women. APS does not discriminate against an individual
race, ethnicity, color, sex, age, national origin, or religion when randomly selecting thats
month winner.
All winner(s) will have to produce a picture ID and their previous year income tax return
and/or the most 2 recent pay stubs to establish that he/she meets the low income
requirement of $19,000 or less.
All winner(s) will be posted on the website, consisting with their name (first initial and last
name) and location (similar to APS "Testimonials" section).
All contestants can only enter their contact information one time per month, if you enter
your contact information twice per month, then you will be disqualify to enter into the
Lottery.
Note (1): By completing the form below, establishes that you agree to the i) terms and
conditions, ii) official rules, and iii) privacy policy, all referenced on this page.
Note (2): APS reserve the right to "discontinue" completing and/or filing your Uncontested
Divorce forms, if for any appropriate reason(s) APS deemed it to be
necessary. For example, your spouse decides to not sign his/her applicable
forms and return them to you.

PRIVACY POLICY:
You have to provide a picture ID to determine that you're the winner selected for that
month's drawing and tax information and/or 2 most recent paystubs to establish that
you meet the low income financial requirement of $19,000 or less, in order to receive a
FREE "completion and filing" of the uncontested divorce documents (you will only have to
pay the court filing fees as indicated above).
All information provided to APS will be held in strict confidentiality, and will not be shared
with third parties.
APS does not and will not collect the above-referenced documents from you nor retained
these documents on file. After the documents have been reviewed by APS, they will be
immediately return back to you.
